Paul is an experienced Director working in the construction industry for over 35 years for Tier 1 contractors. His leadership in major projects with safety, programme and cost control are paramount; both preconstruction and construction phases, a strong business acumen, good negotiation, commercial and people management skills make him the all-round package.
The last 6 years he’s been focussed on Film & HE TV developing studio space for the creative arts. His knowledge and expertise are built on research, experience, industry connections and collaborative relationships.
Paul cares about social value and sustainability and the focus on the future targets. He drives the need to connect people and places to ensure the environments are utilised by creative talented people.
