Kamal Ahmed is Executive Editorial Director for Fortune Media Group across Europe and the Middle East. He was formerly Director of Audio at The Telegraph and is co-founder of The News Movement, a new media business focused on social media channels, new audiences and digital consumption.
He has held the posts of Economics Editor, Business Editor and Editorial Director at BBC News and previously held senior roles at The Guardian and The Observer. Kamal’s first book, The Life and Times of a Very British Man, was published by Bloomsbury in 2018. His second book, The Trillionaires, will be published by Profile in 2027.
